About RFPA .........

RFPA has a fulltime staff of sixteen. The company is divided into small project teams, with specialists to handle......

RF design and test.

Although the company has a standard range of finished products and modules a great many of the projects undertaken incorporate a varying degree of customisation and many types of technologies available. Electronics Engineers are supported by in-house mechanical engineers.

Final assembly in R.F. products, where loses and interactions must be minimised or eradicated, demands implimentation of neat, reliable and serviceable wiring.

Production.

The companies production philosophy and techniques are shaped by current business profile and so, while small, it is necessary to have a wide range of skills available......

Frequently it is necessary to be able to intergrated a number of different technologies into a single product .

All Surface Mount Technology parts can be placed, mostly by hand, with assistance from small series assembly equipment...

for larger production quantities SMT sub-contractors are available locally.

Mechanical parts.

Sufficient equipment is available to allow most mechanical jobs to be undertaken by RFPA directly, including surface treatments. For larger production runs the mechanical section employs the services of local sub-contractors.

a brief ...Company History

The company was established in 1996 by Michel Rousselet.

Michel had gathered experience with previous engineering positions held at some of the industries best known names.

The company started in it's present premises with three employees and undertook sub-contract assemblies. From it's inception it was clear that ability to design and manufacture specialist solutions required a large investment in appropriate test equipment.

Rapid expansion of the test facilities allowed the company to tackle projects '...from kilohertz to gigahertz' at an early stage in it's life and fuelled the rapid development of a comprehensive list of products in modular format that can be intergrated in a large number of combinations.
